( Please note that e cartridges can not be air shipped overnight due to shipping regulations. ) Custom colors and streamers are an additional cost and require a s business day lead time. Please note that metallic confetti is very heavy in the barrel so when you order all metallic, you get only half as much confetti for the same price as if you get all tissue or a 50% tissue metallic mix.
