Rental Policy

Reservations

It's easy to make a reservation at The BASH! via our website, by phone, or in person at our Duluth, GA, warehouse. A reservation guarantees your order will be held exclusively for you on the date you requested. Payment is due in full when you make your reservation.

We accept cash, credit cards or checks. Unlike other companies, if you need to cancel, you will receive 100% of your money back partly in cash and partly in store credit. Please see Cancellations below for more details.

We reserve the right to substitute items substantially of equal value, quality or functionality for all rentals.

Pricing

When you rent an item, you will be charged for the "time out" whether you use that item or not. Prices shown on our website are for one rental period. A rental period consists of the following:

Week Day Rentals: You may pick up your items from our warehouse in Duluth the business day preceding your event between 12 Noon and 5 PM. You are responsible for returning your item the business day after your event between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. Please see Delivery Services for other options.

Weekend Rentals: Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays while our staff is out planning parties and creating awesome events. For a weekend event, you may pick up your items on the Friday preceding your event between 12 Noon and 5 PM. You are responsible for returning your item the following Monday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please see Delivery Services for other options. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Rent By The Week: Special rental prices for long term rentals can be arranged by emailing a request or calling us during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Failure to return rental items on time will result in an additional rental period worth of charges.

Delivery / Pick-up Services

Delivery is available in metro Atlanta only. Pricing is based on a flat fee plus distance from our store. Please note that customer or his/her representative must be present during the delivery and the pick-up of the items. If no one is present when our delivery driver arrives at the pre-determined delivery/pick-up time, we will attempt to call the contact number you provided during booking. If we are unable to make contact with you or your representative and you do not arrive within fifteen minutes, your rentals will be returned to our warehouse in Duluth, GA. We will continue to try to contact you throughout the day to make alternate delivery plans. Redelivery will result in additional charges over and above your initial non-refundable delivery fee.

Delivery is to first floor level. If items are requested to be delivered to a different area, an additional charge will occur. Delivery does not include set-up or breakdown of items, unless otherwise stated on the individual part.

After use equipment should be stacked and ready for pick-up, in the same drop off location.

Items are delivered by truck on Fridays between 10 AM to 4 PM, and picked up on Mondays between 10 AM and 4 PM. Our employee will ask you to examine the rental items thoroughly, demonstrate how to use all equipment and answer any questions you may have. The employees will return to see how your Bash went on the Monday after your event.

Cancellation for Rental Items and Pre-Planned Party Packages

If you do your research, you will find that The BASH! has one of the most generous cancellation policies in the business.

Cancel 30 days before your event date: 100% refund.
Cancel 14 days prior to your event: 50% store credit. (Please note that store credits expire 1 year from issue date.)
Cancel 7 days prior to your event: No refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Please make sure that you inspect all items before you leave our warehouse or before the delivery driver leaves your location. Once you taken possession of the item(s), you will be deemed to have acknowledged that it is acceptable and in good working condition and you are responsible for it. Use common sense and only use rental items for their intended purpose to ensure that an item is not damaged by misuse. You will be charged for all items damaged during the rental period Normal wear and tear on an item is expected and will not result in an additional charge.

You have read and understand the affirmation and liability release (the "Release") required by the BASH Party Rentals and, regardless of whether you have signed such document, hereby agree to the terms thereof. You will obtain a signed release form from all participants using the products or equipment during the rental period and hereby agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend all releases (as defined in the release) from any failure to obtain such releases and for any damage caused from the use of the products and equipment during the rental period.
