Have you read our Rental/Purchase Agreement?

Customer shall use all property in a careful and proper manner, shall comply with all applicable laws and requirements, and shall return the property in the same condition and good repair as when received. Customer hereby assumes, and will reimburse The BASH! Party Rentals & Sales for, all risk of loss and damage to the property from any cause whatsoever. If an item is returned broken or damaged, customer will be charged and agree to pay the full replacement cost for each piece damaged. Items returned late will incur one full rental period worth of charges. If rental property is not returned within three business days of the last day of the contracted rental period, the customer will be charged and agree to pay full replacement cost for all items. Customer shall indemnify The BASH! Party Rentals & Sales against any claim, action, damages, and liability, including attorney's fees, arising or connected with customer's use and possession of the rental property.

I have read and understand the affirmation and liability release (the "Release") required by The BASH! Party Rentals & Sales, regardless of whether you have signed such document, hereby agree to the terms thereof. I will obtain a signed release form from all participants using the products or equipment during the rental period and hereby agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend all releases (as defined in the release) from any failure to obtain such releases and for any damage caused from the use of the products and equipment during the rental period.

By booking your order online, customer agrees to The BASH! Party Rentals & Sales cancellation policy for all rented items. If you need to cancel your rental for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a store credit to be used within one year. The credit will equal the dollar amount of your original order total minus sales tax. No credit is available once you pick up your items and sign for them or once our driver has left the warehouse to deliver your order. Please note that rental fees are charged on a "time out" basis. You are charged whether you use the item or not.
