Description

This is an information tab only. You can not use this tab to book tent rentals. Because we need detailed information about the event and installation site to put together a quote, all tents must be booked through a Bash Staff member.

Pricing:

You can find base pricing for all of our tents, rental items and services on our website. We do not hide fees and extra costs by providing a generalized quote. All of our quotes are itemized so you can see exactly what you are paying. We also do not jack the prices of our items and services up and then offer you a percentage off as a "special". We do not raise and lower prices seasonally. We feel these kind of marketing tricks are disingenuous. Our goal is to give you a beautiful, clean tent installed efficiently and safely. We encourage questions and will be happy to discuss your options with you over the phone, through email or in person. Contact our friendly staff today: 404-437-6136 / BashPartyRentals@Gmail.com

To provide you with an accurate quote, we will need the following information:

Type Of Location (Business/ Residence/ Park etc)
Type Of Surface Tent Will Be Constructed On (Grass / Dirt/ Asphalt etc)

Payment Terms

Tents quotes are sent out and tents are booked on a first come, first served basis. No tent rental is guaranteed until payment is made, in full, with a credit card. If your event is more than 30 days away, you do have the option of paying 20% of your total to reserve the order. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event date. Companies, Churches and Some Official Organizations may have the option of paying by check with a credit card on file.

Choosing A Tent Size

What tent size you need depends on what specific items are going under the tent. It's all about the math. Each item you add under the tent will require additional square footage both for the item itself and also for the space required around the item for your guests to walk, pull out chairs and move freely. Some equipment to consider:

Guest Seating/Tables
Buffet Tables
Bars
Sweetheart Tables
Dance Floors
Staging
Podiums
Cocktail Tables
Lounge Furniture
Sign In / Gift Tables
Busing Stations
Drink Stations/ Ice Tables

General Guidelines For Square Footage Per Item:

48" Round Table - Add 50 Square Feet
60" Round Table - Add 100 Square Feet
Head Table - Add 20 Square Feet Per Person
6' Buffet Tale- Add 50 Square Feet Per Table
8' Buffet table - Add 75 Square Feet Per Table
Full Band - Add 300 Square Feet
Dance Floor - Add 4 Sq. Feet Per Person (count on 50% dancing )
DJ - Add 40 Square Feet

*The most accurate way to determine your tent size needed is to draw up a floor plan that is to scale.

Accessories:

For the comfort of your guests, and to achieve the desired atmosphere inside your tent, you will want to choose accessories that compliment your event:

Lighting:

We offer globe string lights which attach to the horizontal poles of the tents to give a soft glow. You can supplement the globe string lights with LED cordless up lights placed every 20' on the floor. Globe lighting requires electricity or use of a generator.

Sidewalls:

Sidewalls are used for either shade from sun or to protect from rain. You can have solid sidewalls or ones with clear plastic windows (often called cathedral sidewalls). If you are going to heat or cool your tent, you will need sealed sidewalls to contain the airflow.

Heating & Cooling:

Fans that stand on pedestals can be used to create airflow through the tent area. Fans circulate air but they do not significantly lower the temperature inside a tent. Fans are best used with tents with no sidewalls. Tent heaters are available in various sizes for your tent needs. They work best when using side walls to trap in the heat. You should never place any heat source under your tent including propane heaters, electric heaters, grills of any kind or fire pits. Open flames candles must be used with caution. Always use a protective non flammable surface under your candles to prevent a fire hazard.

You can see pictures of tent accessories further down the web page under the tab "Tent Accessories"

Tent Anchoring

For safety, tents must be anchored to the ground using two and a half foot long steel stakes driven into the ground or barrels full of water. If tents are going to be staked into the ground, the customer is responsible for making sure there are no underground obstructions such as utility lines, electric fence wires or sprinkler lines. Utility lines can be checked, in Atlanta, by calling 811. Customers are also responsible for checking with city and county offices to find out if a tent permit is required.

If water barrels are needed to secure the tent - there is an additional cost per barrel. The additional cost is not just for the water barrel itself but for the labor and time it takes us to locate the water source, and fill the barrels. Customers are required to provide water on site to fill the barrels.

Water barrels needed for tents:

10' x 10' Tent: 4 Barrels
20' x 20' Tent: 8 Barrels
20' x 30' Tent: 10 Barrels
20' x 40' Tent: 12 Barrels

Site Visits:

We strongly recommend a site visit to evaluate if enough area is available to safely unload, construct and install the tent. If you choose to waive the site visit, and we are not able to set up your tent on site as planned, no refund will be given. Additional charges may apply if your site requires added equipment or services when we arrive. The price of the tent does not include delivery. Delivery and sales tax are determined by the county the event is in.
